King of Comedy (2026)

Other name: Xi Ju Zhi Wang , 喜劇之王

Description:

An exciting collaborative project featuring an all-star ensemble of the “Xiren” comedy troupe, this series sparks a creative collision between classic cinema and a new generation of comedy. Giving a fresh spin to familiar themes, it serves up a unique “rural business war” that is both deeply moving and laugh-out-loud funny. ~~Adapted from Stephen Chow’s 1999 film of the same name “The King of Comedy”.
